Shipping, Delivery & Returns
1) Coverage
Nationwide delivery within Jordan. Delivery is free, with a minimum quantity requirement for deliveries outside Amman as outlined below.
2) Lead Times
Order preparation within [1–2] business days.
Delivery in Amman typically [same day/within 24–48h]; outside Amman based on our route schedule.
3) Minimum Quantity Outside Amman
For deliveries outside Amman, the total order quantity must be at least 400 box.
Orders below this threshold can be picked up or scheduled with a later shipment.
No delivery fee is charged anywhere in Jordan.
4) Scheduling & Re-delivery
We will coordinate a delivery window. If unavailable, re-delivery will be scheduled for the next available slot.
5) Receipt & Inspection
Please inspect upon delivery and report shortages/damages within [24] hours. Signature/seal constitutes acceptance of quantities delivered.
6) Cancellation
Standard items may be canceled before preparation/shipping. Custom-label orders cannot be canceled once artwork is approved and production starts.
7) Returns & Exchanges
Standard items: return/exchange within [3] business days for manufacturing defects only, sealed and in original condition.
Custom-label items: non-returnable and non-cancelable after approval and production, except for proven defects.
